Order Confirmation Policy: To confirm your order, a deposit is required. This deposit guarantees that your order will be received and not canceled. Orders must be confirmed within 2 days, or they will be automatically canceled. Shipping fees may vary based on your location within the city, and additional charges may apply in certain areas. Order Inspection Policy: Due to the careful wrapping of our candles with multiple layers of protective bubbles, it’s not possible to inspect the order upon delivery. Once opened, we cannot rewrap it the same way, which could lead to damage. This policy is in place to ensure your candles arrive safely and in perfect condition. Return & Exchange Policy: Since all our products are handmade and made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not available unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. In such cases, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition within 3 days of receiving the order.
